Account Setup- Exousia will setup your account after payment is received. If you are receiving services that include our design services, and do not choose a ready made template we will happily do a custom design just for you. If we design a custom site just for you and you decide that you no longer desire the services there will be a service charge for labor of $60.
Content- Exousia has a zero tolerance for any services or products that include unlawful material. You agree to hold harmless Exousia from any claims resulting from the use of our services. Examples of unacceptable material include but not limited to pornography, viruses, drugs, alcohol, hate sites and hacking.
Cancellation- The terms of this contract are for 12 months. If either party wishes to discontinue this service within these 12 months, there must be a written notice submitted 60 days in advance, and there will be a termination fee of $330.
Price Change-Exousia reserves the right to change our rates at anytime.
Disclaimer- Exousia will not be responsible for any damages your business or organization may encounter. Exousia disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Exousia and its employees
Indemnification-Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Exousia harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Exousia, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Exousia against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Exousia; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customers from Exousia server.
Protection-For the protection of both the customer and
Exousia we only copy and paste any material that has been submitted to us.
Any documentation that we need to edit, there will be a fee of .50 per word.
This will ensure that no material will be published that you haven't already
approved to be published online, that might misrepresent your company or
organization in any way. If material is submitted to us and requires typing
it is our pleasure to type any material needed for a fee of .20 a word (only
applies if we are typing the whole document).
3rd Party Related- Exousia is not responsible for any services that are provided by any 3rd party companies or organization that may be involved in your website. We will assist you in setting up your account and answer any questions the best way possible. We have no control over any content displayed outside of our server and we are not obligated to provide customer service on behalf of any other company. Examples include but not limited to PayPal and Checkout.com
